The Mastercard Foundation collaborates with forward-thinking groups to provide young people in Canada’s Indigenous communities and Africa with access to meaningful employment.

They desire a society in which young people are valued, thrive, and are recognized for their leadership and achievements. a time when youth are leading transformational change and maximizing their potential.

They bring together the private sector, funders, young people, and civil society to build efficient processes and infrastructures, encourage policies, and create an environment where young people and entrepreneurs and small businesses can find work.
